Rio started out well in the show ring by winning all her classes, then disaster struck and she hurt herself, she never recovered in time to get back into the show ring and now spends her days as a couch potato and Hoover, which she is very good at! She has the most adorable temperament, which she has fortunately passed on to her offspring.
Rio now lives with Sue and is been spoilt beyond recognition; she goes everywhere with Sue. At the local dog training classes, where Sue helps out, she has been working towards her Kennel Club Good Citizen Awards.
Rio has attained both her Bronze and Silver so far, she has also been teaching her some dance moves for heelwork to music, so who says, " You can't teach an old dog new tricks".
